3010 Landis is a perfect vacation property. It is so close to the beach, mini golf, arcades, restaurants, & a short walk/bike ride to the playground, you barely need to drive at all during your vacation. The garage was well-stocked with a beach cart, umbrella, sand chairs, bikes, inflatable toddler pool, and an extra fridge. Our family had nine staying at 3010 Landis, aged 1 year to 70, and a great time was had by all.
