This was our first time renting in the Salt Pond and it did not disappoint! We were owners in South Bethany for almost 30 years until recently when we had to sell. We jumped back into the rental market and fortunately found this beautiful home in no time. It worked for the dates we wanted and we were even given the option to add on a couple days which we did. The home checked all our boxes and exceeded our expectations! It is in a very quiet location, beautifully decorated and has the canal access we were looking for. The kitchen is very well stocked and has everything you could possibly need. The beds were extremely comfortable as well as all the furniture, both inside and out of the porch and deck. We had plenty of room for all of our family members to spread out and enjoyed the availability of the kayaks, paddle board, beach chairs and bikes as well as the great screened in porch and upper/lower deck space. Our family ranges in age from 15-85 and everyone was able to be comfortable and enjoy the vacation. We highly recommend this home and location. It is close to the grocery store and to the downtown Bethany area with the ability to avoid Route 26 altogether. Our family is growing with children getting married next year, so we are unable to be repeat renters for this home but have recommended it to friends and other family!
