Stayed here for a long weekend in May. Property was very clean on arrival. Kitchen and rooms are well stocked, but remember to bring your own linens and towels. Bedrooms on second and third floors, first floor has sleeper couch. Kitchen on second floor. Three full bathrooms so everyone had their own space and privacy. Excellent location, one block away from beach and under 15 minute walk from Washington street. We also loved the private porch which had plenty of seating for everyone. We were able to fit two cars in the parking spot, one in front of the other.
