House has everything you need. We love the location and it holds our family well. I agree with other reviews that the upstairs bedroom runs hot but we have learned to bring a box fan and it solves the issue. Thankful for the chairs and some of the updates they made this year like the bath mats and the new rocking chairs on the front. Will definitely rent again.
