Excellent location and proximity to the beach. Very satisfactory lay out and pre-requisite number of bedrooms and bathrooms. No adequate reading lights. 40 Watt bulbs in all the lamps. Junky “art” everywhere – on floors, on walls; including large metal and glass house fly, and numerous faux birdcages. Very nice kitchen with modern amenities. Lovely landscaping but automatic sprinkler system keeps walkways constantly wet. Treacherous screen door on the front door. Beautiful back yard with outdoor grill. Excellent balconies. Our family of ten very much enjoyed our stay.
