Easy on the eyes to wake up the ocean. very noisy this year with kids and dogs in the building. we had a hurricane last year and jellyfish this year but were able to have a good time anyways. few minor things. toaster needs a handle, portable mixer not working, lights in kitchen area blining at times and need a few more baking dishes since we make most of our meals there. just minor things but doesnot affect the wonderful week we had there
