Great location. Half a block to the beach. Two blocks to downtown. This house is old and most everything in it is old too, which didn’t bother us too much. However there were a few things that could be improved/fixed. There was mold on the wall behind the washer, dryer, and a/c unit. The house smelled a bit musty the first day or two until we aired it out. There was water damage to the ceiling above the refrigerator in the kitchen. The gas grill is pretty dirty and the scraper was useless. The teflon pots and pans were scraped up pretty bad. If the owner would take care of these issues it would be a big improvement. Despite these issues we still managed to have a great vacation.
