Warning! This owner unjustly holds a portion of deposit! We were accused of leaving a mess that we did not leave. We submitted a complaint and they would not believe us. The property is nice but the owner did not repair a ceiling leak from the tub (so we paid for 3 baths and could only use 2) and also did not provide beach passes. Long and Foster told me they would send the withheld portion to us out of their pocket as we have rented from them for several years without incident.
This owner had an opportunity to “make it right” and failed.
