The ocean view was amazing. The house was clean and newly renovated. Plenty of room. However, the beds were awful. They were thin and very uncomfortable. The bunk beds were hard as rocks and very noisy when you moved. The house sleeps 12, but there was only COMFORTABLE seating for 3. The rest were hard chairs or stools. At the end of a long day it was tough not to have something soft to sit on. The outside shower and deck were wonderful. There were lots of amenities, however a cutting board would have been nice. Also, beach tags for a family rental would have been a nice touch. Everyone we spoke to that we told we needed to buy beach tags was surprised. The proximity to the beach was great as was being at the quiet end of the island.
