House was great. Location was awesome. It appears they're updating the interior as the upstairs bedroom has been totally remodeled (and is fantastic) and the main floor looks like they've been taking things down for painting. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is that the house next door has been torn down and is under construction. They start working between 8 and 9 every morning. Not a huge deal for me as I'm not a late sleeper, but it did impact our ability to enjoy the deck in the evenings and I felt we should have been told prior to booking. I would rent again here as the construction project I would imagine would be complete by next year.
