The house was great. It was very clean and the views from the decks were gorgeous. We were able to watch the sunset over the bay every night. We had three families stay in the house together and it was a little tight as the top bedroom wasn't as spacious as we had hoped but we made do. We always bring air mattresses for our kids to sleep on and the top room just didn't have enough room for that. If it were just one couple in there, it would be great. The backyard was nice for grilling and the bonus room was nice for the kids to play. Just note, it is separate from the rest of the house with its own door. The beds were comfy too! Great house.
