We absolutely love vacationing in Sea Isle and Long & Foster is a pleasure to work with. The house is in a great location with a fantastic ocean view. We were somewhat disappointed with the cleanliness and condition of the house. It was apparent that there had been no spring house cleaning as the lights, ceiling fans and baseboards were dirty. We needed to replace about a half dozen light bulbs both inside & out. The third-floor main bedroom does not have central air conditioning and with the heat and humidity the wall unit struggled to keep the room cool. The bedroom dressers did not function very well and the condition of the outside shower was disappointing. We had an awesome vacation, but this house was disappointing for the money.
