Condo is great. Very convenient location to Acme, Kix and beach. Nicely furnished and high top Dining table seats 6 easily – add counter chairs & will fit 8. Well stocked unit – even starter paper towels, napkins and tp. Could use a few more glasses and upgrade the silverware. The first bedroom is Really Loud from the bldg A/C, which is always running. Elevator is nice perk ( on 3rd floor) but hallway was HOT. Nice storage closet on 1st floor, and Easy access communal trash/recycling room.Deck is small but fits 4 at table nicely. Great breeze and sunset views. Electric grill ( not gas). Came with beach tags which was awesome! We’ll stay again – just wish the first bedroom was quieter. Overall a nice place to stay in SIC!
