Air conditioning did not function properly during heat wave. Professional company said it was “deteriorated beyond repair”. Owner thought it needed new air filter during COVID….did not replace since last year! House was dusty and lots of cobwebs. Shower was not great in guest bath, master had no shower and no view with air unit making noise all night. VERY expensive-should be perfect for over $8000/week!
