Our family had a wonderful time vacationing at the beach together despite the fact that this house definitely needs attention. The kitchen faucet is so loose we worried that it would fall off. One of the bedroom blinds did fall off and malfunctioned. Master bathroom light was damaged and needs to be replaced. Outdoor shower is deceiving as it really on the neighboring property and we did not feel comfortable using it. These deficits were brought to the realtor’s attention with no resolution.
