Pros – Great location and great layout. Plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, utensils, kitchenware. Nice views from the deck.
Cons – House is not kept up. Bathrooms all need new showerheads and the drains cleaned. Carpet is old, and has musty smell in some of the rooms. Small fridge in the kitchen makes it hard to stock up for the week. Although they did have a mini fridge we used for beverages.
Overall, the house is just ok. Location trades off for overall quality of the home.
