Very comfortable. Nice neighborhood, friendly neighbors. Plenty of space even on rainy day. Kitchen utensils, dishes, etc plentiful. Appliances fine other than dishwasher would not close to operate–ok to do dishes by hand. Close to all activities. Would rent again.
