Really enjoyed our stay at this nice beach house at The Point but our good time was spoiled by the fact that the owner kept half our deposit claiming we left some food in the fridge (I think it was a jar of pickles we found after we had brought all our garbage out just before checkout) and some of the garbage cans inside were dirty. In 20 years of renting at The Point we have never had any part of a deposit withheld! Won’t be choosing this house again. And FYI the master bedroom on the second floor is not private. There is a window right next to the bed that overlooks the living room and there is no glass in it!
