We think the house is at a perfect location. Right across the street from an almost private beach with the bay in the back yard. We had some problems when we arrived – did not have hot water, the shower drain was closed, and the toilet ran almost constantly. We were the first renters of the season and were disappointed that these things were not checked before our arrival. A plumber did come within hours and those problems were taken care of. During renovations kitchen utensils were apparently kept on the counter and were covered with a coat of dirt. The kitchen is poorly stocked. There was a problem with the dishwasher, there are no towel racks, hooks, or waste baskets. Hope constructive criticism is taken.
