Clean, comfortable property in perfect Stone Harbor location – 1.5 blocks to beach & 2 blocks to downtown. Outside looks modern but bathrooms & kitchen are quite dated (thus the 1-star deduction) but still functional & didn’t impact our stay. No drip coffee machine, only Keurig. No tea kettle provided & instant hot water tap doesn’t work. Exterior pictures show no outdoor furniture, but the house does come with comfortable furniture on both front & rear balconies + porch. Balconies aren’t covered & porch gets wet during rain since there’s no “ceiling” just balcony decking above. 8 beach tags were provided. Propane tank for BBQ was nearly empty at check-in so we needed to exchange at gas station in Avalon.
