Great Location, 3 blocks from beach, 1 block from bay and adjacent to the Park. The Beach on 59th was very long from entrance to water and there was a steep drop off to the water. We have small kids so that was a little downfall. Also, house was not very clean in general. Carpets seemed to have a lot of dust and hair. Umbrella on the deck did not have a base. We will probably be looking for a different house for next year.
