Really enjoy this house. Plenty of room in house and a large deck with quality furniture…..love to watch the sunset from there. It’s especially good for the grandkids as they do not have to cross any streets to reach the promenade or beach. Landlord seems to update things each year. This year, new table and chairs in kitchen……new carpet on steps…..TV’s in all bedrooms……great HVAC/central air system…..a well stocked kitchen with just about everything you need whether it be pots…pans…glasses…china or utensils. I plan on renting again.
