Nice location; however, place needs a pre-season tightening up and review. Handles, faucets, doorknobs loose or falling off. Cupboards were a mess and need a thorough cleaning and organization. One good frying pan would be great as well as a few decent wineglasses and non-chipped dinnerware. Outside shower was a no-go…yuk. And hose to rinse off sandy feet leaked all over the place. Finally, upstairs master bedroom was a sauna. No cooling upstairs.
