We have rented this house since 2019. In those 4 years we have had mostly positive experiences. During the COVID summer of 2020 the house was spotless and there were plenty of masks, hand spray and wipes. It is a great house with lots of room for us and a great location. This year was a different matter. The floors were dirty, the 3rd floor master bathroom had not been cleaned and the coffee maker & Keurig were also filled & not cleaned. We notified Laura of these and a service came out. The other 3rd floor bathtub drain was fixed after being clogged with hair & the stopper was fixed. The house is a great house, has a lot to offer & the owner has it well stocked. I felt we left the house cleaner than when we came.
