The location of the house is great! The house is pretty much what is described; beds were comfortable, backyard was great and had a grill with gas line attached so no worries about running out of propane. They had some beach chairs in the garage although we brought our own. There were a few negative things about the house.  The other thing which wasn't a big deal but the house had no extra paper products or trash bags, soap for dishes etc… Usually there one extra roll of toilet paper, a few trash bags to get you through until you get to the store.
