House has nice location, nice layoy, BUT so dirty when we checked in. No cleaner had been in, or did such a terrible job they should be fired. Being a pet household an extra fee for cleaning was not used for that! I did complain to L & F about it and the response was quick and helpful. Thank you guys for that. Overall the reason for low score is poor move in condition.
