This is a lovely place with new kitchen and appliances, and great locaiton near Kix Bar, Restaurant, and liquor store. It's an easy walk to the beach and 2 beach chairs & 6 beach tags were included. There were also 2 bath towels included. Our fav. thing was the big, furnished deck outside. The TV's Roku set up allowed us to watch several free movies and streamed free news and other shows. However, the place could've been cleaner, it had a broken towel bar, umbrella, and shades on the sliding door. I would recommend you bring your own pillows since the ones provided were stained and very flat. Maybe the owner replaced them by now? I do recommend renting this place if you can look past a few imperfections.
