Overall this is a nice place to stay. It is close to the beach and has very nice views. There were a few small issues. The first was a strong smell throughout the unit. The cleaning staff had left a washer full of rags doused in bleach in the washer. We did not locate the problem for two days. The second was the need for a tv and a mirror in the master bedroom. This would help with entertaining larger families and free up the bathroom when getting ready to go out. Lastly, the existing tvs did not work because the batteries were dead in the remotes. A stash of batteries in a drawer would be helpful. These small issues aside, the rent was very good compared to other units in the same complex and the walk to the beach is short and easy.
