We have stayed at this property for several years. We tried others but last year came back here as the best in South Bethany within our budget. We love, love, love, the view. The living room area is a little tight for us, but we spend most of our time on the porch, so it works out. The parking is terrific with all our teenagers coming and going. Our favorite feature in a property is the outside shower and this one is wonderful! We appreciate the upgrades every year. Recently it was the beds and they are now great. We plan to continue coming to this property for the foreseeable future.
