The pictures on the site look inviting, but the only accurate one is of the porch where we spent a majority of time just to get out of the house. . We were given parking passes for the street, which was a nice touch even though the driveway easily fit our 3 cars although two are always blocked in. Upon arriving the outdoor couch was clearly broken making it impossible to seat the 9 people we traveled with. I contacted Long & Foster to learn that they needed to contact the owner for EVERYTHING, even a $5 purchase when the door knob fell off the door. A few days later a new couch arrived (not assembled) and the old couch was still on the porch. We couldn’t even get plastic furniture for outside as it was unauthorized by the owner. We used our own beach chairs to accommodate. The door knob was repaired by a patient handyman who has to front everything and be reimbursed. The blinds also fell down in one of the bedrooms and was impossible to repair with the no budget he was given and slow turn around times by Long and Foster even after repeated calls. Overall, this property needs a major upgrade, from the rusty laundry in the basement, to non-functioning light bulbs around the house, to stained drop ceilings and rusted out air vents. The location is close to the beach and Funland. The place was spacious and the bed was quasi-comfortable, but if you are looking for a nice vacation rental, please keep looking.
