We have been renting this property for at least six years. We love the spaciousness of the entire home. We love all the recent upgrades such a as the living room etc. Cleanliness of the home when we arrive is an issue each year although this year the home was cleaner than any other year. But, bedspreads, bath mats etc are always very iffy. We launder everything we use. This year we did have to purchase a mattress cover because one bed was missing one. None ever look as if they have been laundered recently. Overall, this is a lovely rental and we enjoy being there year after year.
