The house was decent. Kitchen had almost everything needed to actually cook meals on vacation. Could not find a broom though. Wanted to sweep to stay on top of the crumbs. Ants were a little bit of a problem but the management company had the place treated which was helpful since we had a child. It was GREAT having all the beach gear available; bikes, chairs, canopy’s, toys, etc. That was extremely helpful since trying to lug all that stuff is impossible. The upstairs bedroom, located over the bottom two was good though if you are walking upstairs, the insulation lacks so you can hear people walking. That was a pain for my daughter. I thought the place was good enough to rent again, possibly next spring. Location is perfect of course!
