This property has a lot to recommend it. Location is great, spacious interior was perfect for our family. Loved the layout which provided lots of privacy plus lots of room for our group to be together. This review could have been a 4 or a 5 with just a little better maintenance and some minor work. Place needs an in-depth cleaning; kitchen chair seats were incredibly stained and dirty. Door knobs fell off at least two bedroom doors. Lights worked sporadically in kitchen and basement. Basement laundry was not appealing and lack of a railing to get downstairs was a hazard. Porch would have been a lovely place to stay but furniture wasn’t conducive to relaxing. I would love to buy this property so I could update it to be the 5 star place it could be! I would certainly consider returning if I knew some maintenance and updating had happened.
