The pictures represented the house well. However, it was the small details that needed attention. Many things were broken when we arrived such as towel bars, deck furniture, closet doors; nails were sticking up on the deck, out of the 4 bathrooms only one had adequate shower pressure and the outside shower (which we love to use) was dark, mold covered and NO water pressure. But the worst thing was the ants. When we checked in, a red flag should have gone up when we say little bug traps all over the kitchen area. On the second day there it be came apparent why the traps were on the coounters. We had ants in our cereal boxes, chip bags, alcohol bottles and on the kitchen table. Towards the end of the week the ants were also in the sunroom area. We did call L & F to report the broken items and they were fixed within a day of the phone call. The ant issue they wanted to spray for and it would have been on the second to last day of our stay. I opted out because we did not want them spraying with the dog and little kids in the house. The kitchen is small and inside the drawers were dirty. To say something positive about this house would be the proximity to the beach, the supply of beach chairs and beach toys, and, except for one bedroom and the deck, this was an updated and modern furnished, pet friendly house (way too much decorations and nic/nacs).
