This was a perfect house for families with young children. The two very large bedrooms upstairs accommodate parents and 1-3 children very comfortably. The family/playroom has a wonderful supply of dolls, blocks, kitchen, legos; living room a bin of children’s’ books; upstairs a basket of blocks. Convenient to front pool, playground, trolley. For many years we have always rented two houses to accommodate our children and grandchildren as a place to meet. The only thing lacking in this house is a dining room/screened porch that would fit 20 people. Our other house did have that so we tended to have dinners there although this house was a much nicer house in every other way. Loved the little front patio. We’ve rented many Bethany West houses over 35 years and this is one of the best for our families. The owners have made it very comfortable!
