This was our family’s first trip to Dewey Beach, and we really loved it. We came from Pennsylvania and had two girls under the age of five with us, and this unit was just what we were looking for. The amenities were great, location was great, and it was very clean and well-kept. Easy walk to the beach, trolley, and restaurants. The only thing that kept this rating from being a five-star was its proximity to the Bottle & Cork, which has its live music stage DIRECTLY BEHIND this unit. Our first night there (a Sunday), the Bruce Springsteen tribute band played until 2am, and the music through the unit bedrooms was loud. We all had trouble sleeping through it, on top of being in a new location. I was unfamiliar with Dewey so I should have done more research. But thought I should mention it for anyone looking to rent the unit who may not want to be that close to the nightlife of Dewey. Other than that, we were super happy with the unit and would stay there again (on non-concert nights. 🙂 )
