The home is very spacious and clean. Nicely located 10 minutes from Cape Henlopen State Park and Rehobeth Beaches. (slightly longer during high traffic times). If you want to be able to escape the hussle & bussle of being right on the shore, this is the spot for you. Lovely community pool and tennis courts. Great neighborhood for taking walks as well. All the shopping and dining you could need just a 2 mile drive to highway 1.

Part of our stay included baseball tournament at Sports at the Beach in Georgetown. 15-20 minute drive & much more for your money than trying to cram into one hotel room with children. Having a washer & dryer at your disposal is an added bonus.
