Well, this is a tough review to write. It was wonderful to be with our four grown sons for a full week. We LOVE Sea Colony East – the pools by the buildings, lap pool with lane ropes in Sea Colony West, and the private gorgeous beach. However, upon our arrival, the unit was FILTHY. As was the balcony. We called and got lip-service which did not bode well with us. But, not wanting to disrupt the vacation, we put up with it and decided this unit is definitely off-limits for us. These units are not cheap. I should not have had to clean before we used the Baths and kitchen. Someone came up on day two to vacuum. Linens were delivered but beds not made, as we paid for. Same with the towels. Nothing. I was constantly on high alert for bugs, etc. and didn’t even want to put anything on the floor. Disgusting and gross. Someone did not do their job. I expect so much more out of Long and Foster. So, next year, we will go on August 6 for 2 weeks – please find us a beautiful unit on the ocean that is clean and not disgusting. Thank you. I hope someone will contact us regarding this issue. If not, I guess we will take out business elsewhere.
