Nice apartment – 2 bedrooms, at north end of Ocean City. Ocean front apartment- great view of lovely beach. End of season may have caused problems for us: TV had 4 remotes- couldn’t work the TV; garbage disposal had pebbles in it which we removed; Laundry vent never seemed to be cleaned all summer; balcony screen door off track; AC filter needed to be changed which we did; 4 vertical slats for liv. room off and put on top of blinds. Maintenance men 2- Ernie and Brian – came next day and fixed various problems for us! Apartment had been cleaned superficially- dirty bottom of trash cans, smeared vanity mirrors, etc.. In fact, we left apt. better looking than when we came. Wonder if anyone checked the condo before we came? Woman at desk when checking out said, “Well that happens at end of season.” Nice condo, but left us wondering about coming to same place next year? We didn’t find swimming pool until end of visit- in front of other bldg on second level. No one around to tell us. Also second parking lot across small street under other bldg. Not informed about this. One elevator for 4 story bldg. 2 cracked plastic chairs on balcony. 4 others available. We don’t come to summer visit to clean and get repairs on condo.
