The location is great! Great area out front for kids to play in the sand. The washer and dryer wasn’t hooked up, we called the office and they sent maintence out, but we never heard back from them. I couldn’t wash clothes if I wanted to. The fridge needs updating. The full size bed was hard in my opinion.
