I would rate our stay in this unit at a 5. The unit is also lovely and we enjoyed staying in this same unit each year. One concern I had was on Friday we came home from the beach to find a rather large box left in the living room that appeared to be a delivery for the owners. The box was put in the living room and we were having friends over for the last night for dinner and felt this large box was in the way. We of course did not move it but I was concerned and confused as to why it was delivered when we were not in the room nor were we aware of this delivery happening that day. That may be something that happens but I was not aware that while someone is renting the unit someone can come in without notice and leave a box of that size in the living area. We plan to come back next year as we truly enjoy our week at the Henlopen.
