It was a fairly nice unit. small kitchen with no exhaust fan so all the cooking smells filled the unit. Large unit but, the air conditioning was not efficient enough to cool the unit. The owners had the cooling unit set at 72 degrees. You could not adjust it beyond the 72 degrees! On hot days that was not sufficient enough to keep you cool!!!!!!!!
