We stayed at this property the week of 8/22/15. There are no complaints about the property/Plaza, location, beach, all was very clean. Egg at the Jungle Bar was a treat. The unit itself was fine, but I would highly recommend either fixing or getting new blinds in the living room and master bedroom. Slates were either fallen off already or would fall off when you tried, and I mean tried to open or close them. The plaza itself should provide free Wi-Fi, most hotels do and you are paying enough that it could be a standard in the building. The only other negative we had was the check-in. I know that the “check in time” is 3 pm, but if the room is ready at 1:30 , 2 or whenever, let the guests in. We think that there was a mass text sent out at 3 and it was mayhem in the lobby. Really now. Besides that we plan on renting at this facility again.
