I found the location to the beach great! That said there were many problems with house. First the lower floor had a mildew smell and you could see through out the house they have a water problem. The bathrooms had broken towel racks, the main floor bathroom had the most filthiest shower curtain liner and the house was dirty. We had small children and on the living room floor there were medication pills. Thank god none of them found them and put them in there mouth. We vacuumed the whole house. The kitchen one of the cabinet knobs fell off in our hands. The furnishings were ok. The back deck we only grilled there never used it table glass was disconnected from table not safe and chairs were old. We enjoyed ourselves despite the issues but would not return or recommend this place.
