We stayed weds through Sunday at the end of August. The unit itself was very nice and fit all 7 of us comfortably, the view from the balcony was amazing, one side you have beach and the other a clear view of the bay. Location was nice if you like to be away from all the attractions etc but within 20 mins to the board walk etc. The washer and dryer in the unit was a plus! The kitchen was well stocked as well. The first bedroom TV remotes would not change the channel on the TV at all however it was not a huge deal since we did not spend much time in bedrooms. The only down side was the lack of cleaning that was done prior to our arrival. there were other tenants long hair on the dressers carpets etc. I had to dust when we first got there and vacuum as well. the Long & Foster staff was also the nicest people to deal with and answered all my questions prior to arrival and were very informative!. Other down side was the Linen, there were no fitted sheets only the top sheets for the beds and only one towel per person for the entire stay which the washer and dryer in the unit made it ok to deal with.
