We stayed at Ponte Vista in condo 103 in August of 2015. Overall the condo was ok. The view is beautiful and we loved the porch right next to the water. It was pretty quiet and fairly clean. A few things to note and the reasons for only giving the condo three stars: a few of the boards beneath the bed kept falling out and there is a small closet in the bedroom with a unit in which a fan runs continually so if you don’t like white noise when you sleep consider this (it didn’t really bother us). Also the window in the bedroom faces the outside hall. The window has blinds but the light still keeps the bedroom fairly light so we had to drape a blanket over the window. The bathtub does not have a stopper so you must shower because you can’t take a bath. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay. People were friendly and it is not far to the beach (we actually walked to the beach which took about 20 mins). If the issues I mentioned could be resolved we would rent again.
