The unit itself was very clean and comfortable. L&F staff was very helpful. The unit’s two drawbacks are the second bedroom and den are right next to the elevators and those exiting and entering the elevators could be very noisy early mornings and late night. (Probably more an issue of lack of courtesy of those waiting for the elevator than the unit itself). Additionally, the (new) electric hot water heater is too small and only allowed for two back to back showers with hot water. I would certainly stay at the Plaza again, but would likely chose a different unit.
