I’ve rented this property nearly every year starting before the current ownership. Every year, the experience improves. I appreciate the small upgrades (and the major ones like the air conditioning). I also appreciate the kitchen appliances and utensils, because I cook my own meals at the shore. Since I stay at the very start of the season, it is quiet at 7109N, which is why I say off-season. I can do whatever I do at home while staying at the beach. I like it.
