Love this neighborhood in SB and have stayed nearby for a few years now. This house had its pros and cons but overall it was a great spot. Loved the bedroom and bathroom setup. Having 3 full baths (all very clean) and a fabulous and clean outdoor shower made a huge difference. Whole house was very clean. The house also had all the beach chairs, toys, wake boards and skim boards one could need…and even a cart to get everything to the beach!!! This was a great bonus! My only complaint would be that the main living area and kitchen are quite small and filled with too much over-sized furniture…an L-couch and TV over the fireplace would make this space so much more useable for a full house. But the front porch and screened in porch helped with social spaces. We had a great stay. Would stay here again for sure!
