I was a bit apprehensive about renting this unit because there hadn’t been any reviews posted since 2015. I was pleasantly surprised. We found the apartment quite nice. The view from the balcony was magnificent! The kitchen was very well stocked with all the cookware, dishes, glasses, and utensils we needed. The furniture in the living area was comfortable as were all of the beds. The one negative would go to the cleaning crew; we did have to vacuum the sandy floor when we got there but we were at the beach, after all.
One tip…… the den is advertised as a possible 4th bedroom. It may work as a bedroom for children but I wouldn’t suggest it for adults. When the couch is opened into a (very comfortable) queen sized bed, you will only have about a foot of space around the 3 sides of the bed. There is literally no space to move around. The room also has no closet or dresser in which to stash you clothing.
